Vietnam era wet weather parka. DSA(Defense Supply Agency)#109-3150. Appears to have been issued but not worn. Heavy rubberized canvas with drawstrings at the neck and hips. One online source dates the DSA#109-3150 to Fiscal Year 1966. The Federal Stock Number is for a medium size parka. This has the snap buttons
some stains on back  about a quarter in size might come out in wash
