GENERAL TERMS for eBay listings:
PLEASE NOTE: All items are sold “as is”, “where is” without warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Many items that we list are from watch and clock collector estates and have not been serviced or tested for timekeeping, etc. Items are described as accurately as our knowledge will allow.
If you have a question, please ask PRIOR to bidding. Once you bid, you buy! Keep in mind that these items are generally vintage (more than 20 years old) or true antiques and will have wear and tear consistent with age, even if running. Many items are sold for parts or restoration.
Do not expect the items to be in pristine condition unless so stated in the listing.
If the listing states that the watch/clock ticks when wound or rotated, this is in NO WAY
a guarantee that the watch/clock will continue to run or keep accurate time. If the listing states that the item ticks, but it doesn’t tick when you receive it, either you need to wind it or the item was damaged in transit, in which case you need to contact the Postal Service for a refund. Be sure to keep the original shipping box as evidence.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse
. Cases are opened against those who abuse the Buyer Protection program and we block them from future auctions.
If you are not comfortable with these terms, please refrain from bidding.
Most items ship in 2-3 BUSINESS (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) days following receipt of cleared payment. Unpaid Item Assistant opens automatically if payment is not received within 4 days following end of auction.
For larger items, such as clocks with cases, we charge a small fee to help defray the cost of shipping materials.
