To help this item arrive safely at your door, I will sandwich it between 4 layers of stiff cardboard, and I will affix numerous USPS stickers that state "DO NOT BEND OR FOLD" to both sides of the 9X12" envelope.  Shipping fees include USPS insurance. I have numerous other similar auctions on eBay right now. Win more than one auction and save on fees. You pay the most expensive fee in full, but just half on the rest. If you win a large number of items that will safely fit into this same envelope, your TOTAL POSTAGE will MAX OUT at just .00.
I have owned this item since it was first issued. It has been stored in a large box ever since in a dry and smoke-free environment. It remains as fresh as when it was new.
