USN Admiral Rank Dress Tunic & Pants.   Jacket measures 28" from collar to tail, 21" from armpit to armpit, and 23.5" from shoulder seam to cuff.  Pants measure 30" at waist, 27" at inseam, and 38" from waist to cuff.  Tailored by Novakoff Bros Newport RI Navy Exchange.  Admiral ranks on sleeves, but stars are missing.  No names or dating. union tag suggests vietnam era tailoring.
