Comes with the anvil last edition die plate clamp set which was there last one made holds watch parts instead of hand holding
Getting one of these complete without all the excuses, missing parts, worn unusable parts, mixed brand parts, or rust is impossible these days
This has the two cannon size punches and correct special notched cannon punch stumps that guide tip in' they are different thickness tips on punches

The Staking tool is the 18R all holes are clear in anvil die plate outside Plating perfect and die plate has good finish with some micro marks along innear edge at center bolt and was their largest One with center tap hole for clamp accessories
Balance staff punches are clear and will take a fine broach
This set gets your weeks or longer of trying to complete a set from parts of sets and most likely you still won't have a good set or mismatched
All sets Factory Match in shape and size, color not a combined group of odd stuff, the quality shows what a tool looks like if cared for by a real watchmaker

We do not refinish boxes, chemically dip or lathe clean tools those processes all change close tolerances...and weaken thinner tools or parts, This was there Larger box and has a inner chip by lid strap, see pics?effects nothing,
If you want it shinny, you do, but all punches are fine as shown for working tip
All tools are stamped and the tiny .59 Reamer is perfect as pictured
This was there biggest boxes and is solid but has some finish marks, see pictures to accept condition as is?
These aren?t the sets to buy incomplete or with rust because the missing pieces are always the ones you need that make the set special and can?t get anymore
And You can't clean rust out of holes in tools and that?s the part of tool you use a set will always have a punch or two with some marks after all its decades old
And staking tools cannot be mailed as displayed, ours are wrapped better than Factory did or does now
You cannot simply put Bubble wrap in and close, Damage will occur
And a new Ber?g?n set cost 0 & Up with no front Jeweling optional tools as this and never goes up in value because anyone can buy new and it comes with no Jeweling tools
The picture of a staking tool punch are there to finish a story of quality and what a good punch actually means...The working tip...which is about the 1/4 inch of a punch is the only thing you are concerned with, The middle of the tool is cut length ways...and gets tarnish from hand oils and marked from sliding in top tip of staking arm and its looks have nothing to do with what sellers or dealers call mint or like new...etc
Its suppose to have wear, it slides metal to metal, All punches have to be re trued if they are flat occasionally and the same for Round punches with holes they even made a special stump for staking tools in the old days before 1920 and both are done right on the staking tool not at some grinder or lathe and can be done .by hand this set is a used set
And you can't clean the rust out of micro mm holes in tool ends
Tweezers tips. Screw drivers ends, graver's ends, hammer head edges like many watchmaker tools and these have regular maintenance according to use
We do not replace or exchange any part of set after-wards checked by two different people..
The punches shown in pics are considered a fine example of a good working tool if you want to polish that's up to you, These are used tools and will have some marks as is
