1960s Vietnam US Navy A-2 Permeable Deck Jacket Stenciled

1960s Vietnam Stenciled US Navy A-2 Permeable Deck Jacket. Condition is Heavy Use, so low start & no reserve.
Zipper works nicely. Unfortunately the tag is not legible. The jacket has all of the characteristics of Vietnam era.The jacket shows paint stains and a hole on the top back shoulder. No missing buttons as shown. One of the cuffs is ripped from use but not bad. Stencil on back is hard to read. What "I" see is: 103  HARBOR and I can not make out what the bottom says. Interior is hard and need to be treated or washed.
I believe it is a small size. Laying flat and zipped measurements are: Armpit to Armpit - 19 1/2", Shoulder to Cuff - 23 1/2".
